Christmas Gifts for the Busy B

The other day, I did a blog post featuring a few of my favourite products from Busy B to help you organise your Christmas.  As a result, I spent a lot of time on the website.  And I ended up finding tons of products I think would make great gifts.  So today’s post will look at good Christmas gifts for the Busy B in your life.  I’ve categorised them into small areas, most of which are areas that I love or need in my life.  You don’t have to stick to those categories, they are just the ones that I am personally drawn to.  Essentially most of these gifts are things I personally would love to get (or already own and adore!) so you know…  It’s a selection of things I would like?

Christmas at Busy B (+ 25% Discount)

I was kindly sent over an exclusive discount of 25% by Busy B to share with my readers.  As it’s a brand I adore, I pretty much want everything they sell.  I mean, I even checked out their wedding and baby ranges and I’m not getting married or having a baby any time soon!  Everything they sell is super cute and really functional – which I love.  I’ll definitely be raving about their products in more posts to come, if I’m honest.  However, today, I wanted to feature their Christmas range and show you some of the products you might want to get your hands on.  These are products that will help make Christmas a bit easier, more organised and a bit more special I think!  (If you’re here just for the discount code, scroll to the bottom!).  So let’s check out Christmas at Busy B.

Busy B Address Book

Busy B Address Book coverThe other day, I reviewed the Busy B Birthday Card book.  I mentioned that it worked very well with the Busy B Address Book.  Since I’ve got my hands on one, I thought we’d have a look at that address book today!

You can use both of these products on their own.  To use the card book, you certainly don’t need to have the address book and to use this, you don’t need the birthday book.  This particular product is one that you should own, even if you don’t send people physical cards or letters.  I can’t tell you the amount of times that I am unable to access the contacts on my phone.  Whether it’s because the battery has died or your phone dies and you lose all of the data, sometimes you just can’t access the contacts.

The address book and birthday book seem to work very well together.  Not only do they fit well together, they also share similar appearances.  They both share a similar colour combination.  This address book, however, has a very light lilac coloured background – rather than a grey one.  It shares the same floral pattern and positioning of the text in the centre of the book, which has also been foiled.  The spine also has a dark blue colour running down it.  I love the clean and simple look that this cover has. Write_On Campaign 2017

Writing letters is making a definite comeback in society.  As technology advances, the art of letterwriting seems to wither away.  It’s understandable in a way – social media has made it easier than ever to contact someone, anywhere in the world.  It’s a lot faster.  But there’s some advantages to writing that cannot be achieved in other methods of written communication.  And there’s a few of us that don’t want to see it wither away.  That few of us that seem to be growing in strength and numbers.  With several months, weeks and days dedicated to writing, letters are becoming popular again – and for good reasons!

In February, we saw InCoWriMo, which stands for International Correspondence Writing Month (run by the organisers of NaNoWriMo – National Novel Writing Month).  But that’s just the beginning.  The start of April marked the start of the Write_On challenge.  This challenge encourages you to write 30 letters in 30 days but since we’re already started, you could aim to write 12 – one of each of the remaining days.  At the very least, aim to write one!

I particularly like that National Stationery Week, here in the UK, also falls in this month.  Two major campaigns to get people writing more.  I found out about the challenge last year, where I shared over 30 letters you could write, in case you didn’t know who to send them to.  This year, I thought I would take a moment to share over 30 reasons why you should write in the first place.
