Ethical Christmas

At work, we often have a theme for our Secret Santa. This year, the theme was “ethical” and it got me thinking a lot about what that means. It took me a little while to come up with a gift idea. However, I came up with several different ideas that could all be ethical. I wanted to share some of those with you today. For me, ethical products are better for the environment, for animals and for people. Things that are locally sourced or perhaps handmade, supporting small local businesses. I hope this post helps you to plan ethical gifts and an ethical christmas holiday.

This means I have bags, cupboards, drawers or boxes full of miscellaneous items. Paperwork is unsorted and everywhere. However, there is a break ahead of me, which is a good time to start tackling some of that mess.

Random Acts of Kindness – through letter writing

Christmas is all about giving. I know the season is hectic for everyone and there’s always a last minute rush to get things done in time for the break – if you’re lucky enough to have one! However, I wanted to share a few charity appeals and local drives with you. There’s never a wrong time to think of others and I think that’s even more the case during Christmas. It should be a joyful time for everyone but sometimes, it’s not. So here are a few ways to help others in need this Christmas. Your festive random acts of kindness through letter writing, if you will.
